Designing Insightful B2B Experiences with Strategy
As a UX Strategist specializing in B2B, I collaborate with stakeholders to drive lead generation through thoughtful design and a deep understanding of user behavior. My approach combines data-driven insights, creative problem-solving, and a touch of intuition (or, as I like to call it, really great user research).
Two aspects of the B2B industry particularly captivate me:
Extended sales cycles. With multiple decision-makers and intricate processes, these cycles can span months—or even years—requiring long-term strategies and relationship-building expertise.
The interplay between emotion and logic. While B2B decisions often appear purely rational, factors like trust, reliability, and brand reputation are just as critical as data and ROI.
When I'm not analyzing user journeys, you'll find me exploring the world of AI, learning to code, throwing axes, or happily wandering through the aisles of local bookshops.
